They gutted our kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt it completely. New layout, new cabinetry, new countertops, tile backsplash — the whole thing. The project came in on budget and on the timeline they gave us. Every single day someone was here working. That's rare.
Mike came out to look at our master bathroom and was the only contractor who actually listened to what we wanted rather than just telling us what he could do. The finished result was exactly what we described. Beautiful tile work, the frameless shower looks incredible, and they cleaned up after themselves every day.
We had them finish our basement — framing, insulation, drywall, LVP flooring, and recessed lighting throughout. The space went from a storage dungeon to a room we actually use. Great communication throughout, no surprises on the invoice.
Decks, Roofing
& Siding
They replaced our entire roof and rebuilt the back deck in the same week. Showed up every day on time, kept the site clean, and the price was exactly what they quoted. We've already recommended them to three neighbors on our road.
Our old cedar siding was rotting in several places and needed to go. Cascade replaced it with Hardie board, repaired two sections of the fascia, and painted the whole exterior. The house looks brand new. Really professional crew — respectful of the property and thoughtful about the work.
We had a deck that had been deteriorating for years and we kept putting it off. Finally called Cascade and they had an estimate to us within a couple days. The new deck is built to last — composite decking, new posts, new railings. Looks fantastic and didn't break the bank.

I had a list of about twelve things — a door that wouldn't close right, a section of fence that had blown over, some drywall that needed patching, and a handful of other items. Mike came out, knocked the whole list out in one day, and charged a fair price. Will absolutely call them again.
A windstorm took out part of our fence and caused some damage to the soffits. Called Cascade the next morning and they were there by the afternoon to assess. Repairs were done within the week. Fast response, clear explanation of what needed to be done, honest pricing.
