Cascade Home Services was founded in 2009 by Mike Carver, a Stanwood native who spent a decade working his way through every trade before going out on his own. What started as a one-man handyman operation grew into a full residential contracting business serving homeowners across Island, Snohomish, and Skagit counties.
The business grew the old-fashioned way — by showing up on time, doing the job right, and letting the work speak for itself. Most of our clients find us through a neighbor, a family member, or someone who has already been through a project with us.
Mike still shows up on every job. That's not a marketing line — it's just how we operate.

We respect your home. Materials are staged properly, debris is cleared daily, and we don't leave a mess at the end of the day.

Cascade Home Services is fully licensed with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and carries general liability insurance on every job. We pull permits when required and document our work so you have a complete record.
